01 The challenge
Client work was spread across spreadsheets, chat threads and separate tools. Account managers lacked one view of what was due, who owned it and what needed attention.
02 Our approach
We mapped how work moves through the agency, from onboarding to delivery and renewal, then designed a CRM around it: client workspaces, project boards, task ownership, overdue alerts and a dashboard for leadership.
